About MoveMatch
MoveMatch is a free iPhone fitness app that turns public health activity guidelines into one weekly goal, then helps people move with friends, at local events, and in ongoing groups called Circles.
MoveMatch helps people fight physical inactivity together. It turns guidance from the WHO, ACSM, ACC/AHA, and the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans into four weekly goals (Aerobic, Strength, Flexibility, and Movement) that fill a single weekly orb.
People can work out solo with the built-in workout player, follow guided programs, find public events on a 3D city map, or join Circles: ongoing local groups with their own events, shared workouts, and announcements. MoveMatch is streak-free by design, and friends see workout counts, never health numbers, goal percentages, or rankings.
MoveMatch is free on iPhone. MoveMatch Pro adds a 14-day schedule, a wider event radius, 12-week history charts, and guided programs.
